Taco Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1/2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 1 15 oz Jar Salsa
- 2 cups Shredded tex-mex cheese
- 1 bag Tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce OPTIONAL
- 1 Tomato, diced OPTIONAL
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced OPTIONAL
- 1/4 cup Jalapeno, sliced OPTIONAL
Instructions
- Plop cream cheese in a bowl, and mix until smooth.
- Add sour cream and taco seasoning, mix until thorougly combined
- spread cream cheese mixture evenly on the bottom of an appropriately sized dish
- Evenly spread salsa on top of the cream cheese mixture, then top that with the shredded cheese
- Put in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the cream cheese firm up a bit.
- You can add the optional ingredients listed above on top of the cheese if that's your thing
- Enjoy with tortilla chips
