Ingredients
  • 8 cups cabbage, shredded (75% Green / 25% Red)
  • 1 ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 cups carrot, grated
  • ½ cup onion, diced
  • ⅓ cup white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard powder
  • ½ tsp celery seed, ground lightly
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
  1. Add the shredded cabbage, onion, carrot, parsley into a large bowl. Toss until combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the salt, vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, mustard, and celery seed.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mix.
  4. Cover loosely and refrigerate for a little while to let the flavours soak in, about 15 minutes.
